The gentlemen were very courteous. They arrived a little early which was great for my schedule. They were really nice people. I contacted Wiggins to get a quote for shredding. Chrissy was very helpful and explained the process and cost. Chrissy had me scheduled the following week. The two men that came out to our office were very neat, clean and extremely professional. They shredded 27 bank boxes of files so quick! We were able to see the shredding in our parking lot! I would highly recommend Wiggins Shredding!

My parents needed to purge documents before a big move across country, so I called Wiggins Shredding. Christine was very helpful and accommodating. Since we were outside of their regular service area, she even suggested I shop around and call back. The service itself took itself was so quick, professional, and friendly. It was time to purge decades-old business records so I called Wiggins first based on my clients having great experiences with them. Christine was incredibly professional and helpful in coordinating the shredding truck to meet me at our storage unit, including giving me a 30 minute heads-up call with arrival time the day of my appointment. The drivers were also professional, friendly, and helpful. They rolled the bins back to our storage unit, helped dump all of our files into the bins, and then rolled the bins back to the truck with great humor and good moods. We were able to watch the shredding on camera and received a "certificate of destruction" once shredding was complete. A+++ service from start to finish!

Our office was moving and needed a great deal of documents to be shredded. Not only was the process of hiring this company swift and easy but the entire process was successfully completed in a very quick, timely and complete manner. It was also cheaper than other companies we reached out to and with less stipulations. The staff was very professional and were overwhelmingly willing to go out of their way to take care of our needs. The office staff and the men on the ground made it feel like the entire process was a mirage, it just happened (that is something I like!!!). I would 100% use this company again if need be.

It was a pleasure working with Wiggins Shredding from beginning to end. Christine answered all my questions over the phone when I was gathering information. I called a few weeks later and made an appointment for the truck to come. The gentlemen who came were friendly, easy going, and professional. They were punctual and arrived a bit before the time window but didn't come in until the time. They quickly and easily hauled all the shredding from two locations into the bin. I watched it go into the shredder and knew our information was safe. I also learned that the paper actually gets recycled which made my eco-heart happy. I signed up for home shredding due to the volume of items. The truck arrived early, and the job was completed quickly and professionally. The driver fit as much as possible into each bin. I could watch the shredding happen on a small screen attached to the truck. They are very reasonably priced.
