It was a pleasure working with Wiggins Shredding from beginning to end. Christine answered all my questions over the phone when I was gathering information. I called a few weeks later and made an appointment for the truck to come. The gentlemen who came were friendly, easy going, and professional. They were punctual and arrived a bit before the time window but didn't come in until the time. They quickly and easily hauled all the shredding from two locations into the bin. I watched it go into the shredder and knew our information was safe. I also learned that the paper actually gets recycled which made my eco-heart happy. I will definitely recommend them for value, ease and professionalism. They were and did everything I could have hoped for in a company.

The Wiggins staff showed up on time, and were very professional. I was surprised how quickly they worked to get all my documents loaded and out to their shredder. When they completed the pickup, they asked me to make sure they had picked up everything and went over the billing with me. Very good group, I would certainly use them again.

I signed up for home shredding due to the volume of items. The truck arrived early, and the job was completed quickly and professionally. The driver fit as much as possible into each bin. I could watch the shredding happen on a small screen attached to the truck. They are very reasonably priced. Also, scheduling was quick and easy with the pricing laid out ahead of time.Can't go wrong with Wiggins!!!!

Everyone I came into contact with at Wiggin Shredding was professional, competent and friendly. I would use them again in a minute. Telephone contact was really nice and gentleman who came to my house was friendly and on-time. I contrast this experience with the experience I had with the supposed big guy on the block shredding company. They were non-responsive, unprofessional and rude. If you are looking for shredding work, go right to Wiggin. You will be pleased, I’m sure, like I was.

The rep showed up on time and made quick work od the 20 boxes of shredding. They had to be carried from the basement to the shredding truck. The whole job was completed in approximately 1/2 hours time. We were going to schedule a truck to come on-site. However it ended up that we didn't have enough to warrant that. So we drove to the drop-off location in West Chester. While it was a little out of our way, the process was quick and easy, and the price was very reasonable.

Great shredding experience! We’re moving and had Wiggins Shredding assist with disposing of many sensitive documents. We got an appointment for two days after we called, they arrived on time, were incredibly professional, and were patient while decided if some documents were actually going into the shredder. Their pricing is great, too. Wiggins has been the easiest and most pleasant aspect of our move.

Wiggins Shredding did it again! We had such a successful event. This was our second time using this company and would HIGHLY recommend using them for any of your shredding needs. We had a drive-through shredding event due to Covid and it ran very smoothly due to the pace of the trucks' shredding and the help of the driver, David. David was with us every step of the way and answered any and all questions. With this only being our 2nd event with Wiggins and already having two great successes, I recommend not dilly dallying and just choose Wiggins - you can't go wrong! Their price beats every one else in the area too!

Wiggins was a great choice for our recent file cleanout/shredding project. We had over 100 file boxes. Christine quickly answered all of my questions before making the appointment and got us on the schedule for our requested date/time. The driver, who was super courteous and polite, called while on his way and arrived on time. He was able to knock it all out in an hour! They are very efficient. I would use them again if needed and recommend them highly!

I recently contated Wiggins to remove a lot of paperwork from our business along with personal items in need of purging.Chrissy made it easy peasy. The young men that came to shred on site called before they arrived to our house, with a window of approximatey 15 minutes. They were efficient, friendly and professional.I also received a follow up email from Chrissy to make sure I was happy with the service that was provided!

Wiggins Shredding took care of shredding 12 or so boxes of our confidential material. They came to our business location even though we are on smaller streets in South Philadelphia. What a wonderful experience! The guys arrived as planned and made short work of the over 300 boxes that needed shredded! They were so courteous, efficient, and friendly and explained everything so clearly! Excellent service!! Showed up with 3 full bags of documents and was met outside by a very nice gentleman. He took the bags out of my trunk and emptied into a secure receptacle for shredding. Way to easy. Why burn up your home shredder when you can use this excellent service. I mean 10.00 for a 13 gallon trash bag, that's a great price. By the way that's a reasonably filled 13 gallon garbage bag not stuffed to bursting. There is also other pricing for file boxes etc.. ****definitely recommend.*******

I spoke to Christine on the phone, she was very professional and explained just how they go about pricing their jobs and asked appropriate questions. we set up a time for an on site purge(as they call it).On the day of the purge, the truck showed when it was supposed to. Little things impress me, like the truck was clean. Backed into my driving, literally a 2 minute set up, it probably helped that I had the boxes out in the garage ready to go and off they went. Approxiamately 30 file boxes shredded and trucked away in 20 minutes. I absolutely loved the professionalisn and efficiency of the job. It would have been a absolute pain in the butt for me to do.Nice Job and Great business!

I called to have shred quite large amounts of documents and they were extremity sensitive to my clients however I saw those documents are shredded in front of my eyes in such a shot time. I had 65 gallon containers 16 of them and done in 35 mins. The Wiggins services and equipment that they provided me was superb! Everyone is so friendly as well. No complains here.

Dealing Wiiggins Shredding was one of the easiest things I've done. We aren't equipped for on site shredding so scheduling the pickup of the 8 pallets, with 350 library boxes, was a breeze. Christine took care of everything, the pallets were picked up at the agreed time and taken back to their facility for destruction. I will definitely use them in the future.
